1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

Delivery Time

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Other locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹[amount].

For orders below this value, a standard shipping fee of ₹[amount] will apply (shown at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking link sent to your registered email or mobile number.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact our support team at support@vingo.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're happy to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused , unwashed , and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Certain items (such as personal care, hygiene, and clearance items) are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or replaced :

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

Custom or personalized products.

Innerwear, cosmetics, or perishable goods.

Return Process

Contact our customer care team at support@vingo.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and images of the product (if damaged or defective).

Our team will review your request and arrange for pickup or provide a return shipping address.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable .

Replacement

If you request a replacement and the product is in stock, we'll ship it once the returned item is received and verified.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery (as per our return policy).
